underwhelming experience
warm room disappointing menu
the setting near the lake was acceptable. the views were nice (i did appreciate that).
my room, a beautiful double room, was too warm. a small fan tried to provide some cool air, but it did not work well. the dinner menu in the bar was also disappointing, offering few appealing choices.

The room SIZE was excellent. The bathroom included a walk-in shower and double wash basins. The hotel's location by the lake offered scenic views.
The coffee machine in the room was difficult to use.

lakeview balcony delicious food friendly staff
i stayed in a lakeview balcony room.. it offered a magnificent view. the food was delicious when i dined in the restaurant one night. the staff welcomed me with smiles and nothing seemed too much trouble .

the staff were friendly and helpful.
the room was quite warm. a small fan was there, but it did not provide sufficient cool air. the dinner menu at the bar was also disappointing, but the breakfast was good (i liked the selection).

friendly staff large room drink selection
The room offered good space and a well-equipped bathroom. The bar staff were really friendly, and the cocktail selection met my expectations. I would gladly return for a longer visit next time!!!
The room service menu had limited late-night options, so I would eat earlier next time.

The room included a Nespresso machine. A fridge was also available. This fridge was well-stocked with refreshments. The Respa beds were super comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Breakfast offered a vast choice of items. The selection was superb!!! The restaurant manager ensured guests had tables with nice views. The buffet breakfast area was well-organized.

lovely walks coffee cookies
the hotel has lovely short walks around the grounds. there were also tea, coffee and cookies upon my arrival (a nice wee touch!).
i found the menu for the bar dinner quite disappointing.
