underwhelming experience

warm room disappointing menu
the setting near the lake was acceptable. the views were nice (i did appreciate that).
my room, a beautiful double room, was too warm. a small fan tried to provide some cool air, but it did not work well. the dinner menu in the bar was also disappointing, offering few appealing choices.

The room SIZE was excellent. The bathroom included a walk-in shower and double wash basins. The hotel's location by the lake offered scenic views.

lovely relaxing break

lakeview balcony delicious food friendly staff
i stayed in a lakeview balcony room.. it offered a magnificent view. the food was delicious when i dined in the restaurant one night. the staff welcomed me with smiles and nothing seemed too much trouble .

friendly staff large room drink selection
The room offered good space and a well-equipped bathroom. The bar staff were really friendly, and the cocktail selection met my expectations. I would gladly return for a longer visit next time!!!
The room service menu had limited late-night options, so I would eat earlier next time.

lovely walks coffee cookies
the hotel has lovely short walks around the grounds. there were also tea, coffee and cookies upon my arrival (a nice wee touch!).
i found the menu for the bar dinner quite disappointing.
